Love my nails!!! They always do what I ask them to, they are very accessible with following pictures from Pinterest, and they adjust any sort of details if you ask them to. Good service and fast 🙂 The massage during pedicure is also really good #worth it

Honestly shocked that this place has so many good reviews. Maybe they haven’t experienced a real quality nail spa before or the tech I got was an exception. But I won’t be going back to try it again. I booked a manicure and essentially got a polish change. It was so rushed. There was no cuticle trimming and my nail shape was so uneven. I didn’t get a lotion application. He soaked my nails in acetone to remove the shellac, which left my natural nails soft and dried out my skin. The shellac application was uneven and bumpy and started to crack within a week after my appointment. I had to go to another nail spa and get my nails redone because the quality was so poor.

i have been going to this location since September and never had any issues until my last appointment. While they were using the electric drill they cut the skin around my nails and cuticles, when the worker saw the blood there was no attempt to clean or stop the procedure, then they proceeded to cut under my nail bed. They cut off dry skin around my nails with cuticle cutters and i now have an infection in 6 of my fingers. i have attempted to soak off the acrylic and file it off myself and i have been unable to remove it after doing 2 rounds of 100% acetone. if i could give them 0 stars i would

This was my time ever getting acrylic nails done, and wow. The staff here are epic!Kathy was amazing, she did the best job and was very friendly and fun, the whole staff was really.The place is very clean, inviting and beautiful at a great location.I have become addicted after one set (only took till my 40s to be brave enough lol) and can not wait to go back!
