My wife been there and she sais its Very bad customer service with lack of communication.They does my nails so rush that in a hurry they don't care how your nails would look like.My nails weren't filed evenly to think that they're more expensive compared to other nail salons.

I'm not happy about her nails as well.

I’ve been to this salon before and believed it was the best, until today.

I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case I believe it’s needed.
Cleanliness should be the number one priority when dealing with peoples fingernails and toes . Nail fungus is not some thing anybody wants. With that being said not once have I ever been asked to wash my hands before a full nail service in this location. I’m unsure where their sink is even located.

When I expressed that I wanted my cuticles taken care of I was promptly told it would be done at the end. I asked repeatedly to have a manicure portion done before my service begin as I am willing to pay the extra to make sure we have a clean and healthy base.
-I do believe for the price they are charging they should be more than willing to clean your nail bed properly. Especially if you were offering to pay an extra fee to ensure that it is done.

It was not done without attitude, switching employees and telling me they know best. As if it’s my first time and I’m asking too much. I was even offered to purchase a pair of cuticle nippers and do it myself. I had to explain to the tech that I had actually booked this appointment to avoid doing my own manicure.

This is absolutely the worst set of nails and service I have ever received in 20+ years of getting my nails done. I am quite upset at the level of displeasure they showed while trying to convince me what they were doing was fine.

These nails are pointed at the sky are completely flat shaped like almonds when I specifically asked for medium length oval. They look like toes 🤦🏻‍♀️

If you do go to this salon I recommend asking for John and John only.
