Very poor customer service. I’m not a Karen and always get along with beauty service providers but they’re incredibly rude to clients here.
I’ve gone about 6 times and it just got worse with time. To the point where i will not be returning to this salon, nice nails are not worth being yelled at.

Was looking for a new nail salon and am so glad I found V Nails. The space is beautiful and clean, and the service is friendly and quick. I got an acrylic overlay on my natural nails with Bubble Bath polish. I’ve gotten my nails done by Lilly the last 2 times and she’s so meticulous with her work and checks in with you every step of the way. Prices are very reasonable and they often have a promo going on for special events. Most important, the work is CONSISTENT! I’m so choosy with my nails and have found my new go-to place

This was my second visit, and I’m even more impressed this time. The staff did an amazing job with my pedicure, and the entire experience was so relaxing. Reasonably priced – I’ll definitely be back!

As of today I will no longer be returning to this salon. My experience was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional, I asked for medium length nails and walked away with short nails because the first nail tech ( Kylie) went to town while shaping my nails taking away any length that I actually wanted. I had to ask her to put more length back on my thumb nail as it was shorter in the picture I’ll include. After I pulled my hands away because she was messing up my nails she refused to finish the job because she was uncomfortable and another tech had to finish her work. The second tech (Monica) finished my nails but it was definitely rushed as she had an another appointment who had already arrived. I sat there while 3 different nail techs sat over me and spoke in a language I couldn’t understand, this would make anyone uncomfortable. I also included the inspiration picture to compare how the length is not similar whatsoever to what I wanted.

Staff are friendly, professional and really good at what they do. Good prices for quality service! I have been coming here for a few years now for fills and pedicures and would definitely reccomend! Salon is decorated so nice, clean and organized.

I was very disappointed with my most recent experience at Vnails. I have been going to them for a few years now and over time I’ve unfortunately noticed a decline in the quality of customer care. Before scheduling my appointment I always make sure to send them a picture of the design beforehand to ensure it is something they are able to do, and if not I will choose a different design. After confirming they were able to do the design in the picture I’ve attached to this review, I went in for my appointment, and at the beginning she had asked me to confirm what I was having done and I showed her the picture and requested the EXACT design (same length, colour, etc) however throughout my lengthy visit I was burned with the drill, had my hands pulled aggressively and twisted in very uncomfortable positions, and was cut multiple times to the point where I was bleeding. My nail tech then proceeded to pull the skin in the areas where she had cut me (even after I let her know she was hurting me), and eventually put an unknown substance on the cuts that was supposed to “stop the bleeding” but ended up just burning very badly. I also attempted to let her know a few times throughout the appointment about small differences I noticed from the picture, but she essentially told me to trust the process so I did. At the end of my appointment after I had paid, I simply asked the manager how much it would be if I were to come back for a different design, and she proceeded to ask me what was wrong with the nails I just had done. I let her know that the colour was different, they didn’t have the gold accent gem I was hoping for, and the ombre wasn’t as blended as it was in the photo. She then argued with me and told me “if [i] asked any of my friends, they’d say it looks just like the photo” but then contradicted herself by saying that the design will never look exactly like the photo, so at this point I just wanted to leave as I am already a fairly non-confrontational person and she made me feel very embarrassed in front of everyone waiting for their appointments. It was upsetting because I had just paid over $150 for this set (I still left a tip for my technician because I felt bad), wasn’t even asking for them to compensate the new design despite my poor experience, and even though I am a longstanding customer I was met with such abrasiveness that I no longer want to return as a client.
