Cancellation & No-Show Policy
 
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
 
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
 
No-shows (missed appointments without any notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost.
 
We appreciate your understanding as this helps us respect the time of both our technicians and other clients.
